We don't have any guaranteed delivery times, nor make any time commitments particularly during busy holiday seasons. False promises and broken wishes are not our standard. We are all at the mercy of Canada post and couriers once an item has been sent.

Standard Canadian shipping (most economical) can take anywhere from a 3 to 20 business days depending on where in Canada you are. There is no insurance or tracking available with this option, but upgraded shipping options are available. Every order above $60 is upgraded to tracked and insured shipping on us! Regular mail shipping and delivery times are beyond our control, please contact your local post office with concerns.

Expedited Canadian shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 10 business days according to Canada Post. Again, it depends where you are located. If you have not received it past that time, we will help you file a claim with Canada Post.

Courier Shipping is usually with UPS standard. You will have tracking and insurance added to your order.

Our standard time needed to fill your order will be between 1 to 3 business days depending on how busy our fulfillment team is.
